Being Bully Free is on You and ME separate training for students and teachers offers numerous benefits. For students, it provides a safe space to learn about bullying, its impact, and how to effectively respond to it among their peers. The targeted approach helps them develop empathy, understanding, and practical skills for dealing with bullying situations.
For teachers, separate training allows for a deeper dive into the complexities of bullying behavior from an adult perspective. It equips them with strategies to identify, prevent, and address bullying behavior in a way that is appropriate for their role by tailoring the training to each groups unique needs, both students and teachers can more effectively contribute to a culture of respect and empathy within the school or program environment.
Being Bully Free is on you and me workshop or students
This workshop is for students grades 3rd through 8th grade. The workshop trains and prepares students to recognize, refuse and report bullying behavior safely. At the conclusion of the workshop, students will have the opportunity to participate in an interactive experiential theater experience. Participation in the theater experience will further develop their understanding of bullying prevention as they gain practical skills. It's a dynamic workshop and great opportunity to make a positive impact in their school and community.

Being Bully Free is on You and Me workshop for adults
This training workshop is designed to equip and prepare adults with researched based practices as they develop the skills necessary in addressing bullying behavior. Participants gain a deep understanding of the dynamics of bullying behavior, including its causes, effects and roles individuals play. The workshop will also provide practical strategies for identifying, preventing and effectively responding to bullying incidents, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
